Why ask about which way to do it when you believe you can't?
well no
if someone had done it then maybe there is a sample
Ah it's the ol' fork in the road where you find a candy bar and think "is the chocolate sweeter that the wrapper?". :-[
Generally, there are many examples on the forum of how to create wrappers and it's nice to help create them.
What is your viral iPhone app then?
working on a game where the score is submitted to Facebook like doodle jump :)
the game is all most finished
ill post about it when its done :)
Oh I want to create a simple doodle jump clone one day. :good:
The OpenFeint and iAd wrappers are the same thing. Just replace it with the FB lib and functions! There's nothing required to pass to the login and some chars the Publishing Feed Story details function.
If you submit scores, I'd go the Open Feint route. Just use that framework to get access to:
-highscores
-achievments
-fiends
-twitter
-facebook
I guess this stuff is all iPhone only?
OpenFeint is - they have no plans for a PC version, although they hope to do an Android version.

Android are now on first web page of OF... :D

Although OpenFeint is a great option for in-game high-score sharing, the beauty of using Facebook is that it spreads knowledge about your game, and it gets people to challenge each other. If you see "XYZ scored 150000 in GAME" on Facebook, I think the instinctive response is to try and better their score.
Again...why the discussion? This is about getting it working technically, not a platform discussion/debate on how it be used as there this seems to flow from other threads.
With open feint, you automatically post a message to facebook and twitter if you want.
I have no idea if you can submit a text to facebook by the url. Twitter offers something like that, though.
