Youtube videos on the forum

I´m getting a lot of trouble posting youtube videos these days on Forum.
Lots of ´bad links´.

It does not accept https but http, and doing so it displays in the most horrible resolution.
Is it a forum thing? Or is it time to let youtube go for a better option?
