Hi I don't understand too much the precious post.... My learning in Deutsch it's in stand by for now  .
I download the IDE and really it's a good time for gwt it, totally free and you have C++, C#, I think python too, and I like a lot the 2013 version, free (I think some trick hidden, but for now it's working)...
