By the way, did you phone the IRS with W7 and W-8BEN forms or was it posted ?  I send (via post) W-7 off ages ago and haven't heard anything

I faxed my W-8BEN to the number that Palm gave me. I haven't heard anything either.

My tax info was (surprisingly) accepted, as B'lox! and B'lox! Free are on the App Catalog - just need to see if I get paid for any sales.

You don't need to enter any tax info if the app is free, but you have to enter your tax info before you can submit a paid app.
