You could contact Sam Dyer on twitter, from Bitmap Books or one of the Retro Asylum podcast guys they know many Amiga machine owners.

However the chances of the disks working are slimmer in comparison to tapes - tapes were more reliable it would seem.

The floppy version should be able to read your disks, it is a bit expensive though.

If you are only looking for dumping your disks, I believe you may have  no problem finding people with the real hardware in Germany.
You could visit Evil Dragon for that too. ;)

Wouldn't go spending too much as the disk over time are hit and miss with reliability...
I recall I had a PD utility called PC Dos Disk or something like that

I would save amiga files to 144 floppy as 720 dos disk - I think...

Or you run a kermit program over serial null modem or connect a dialup modem to an amiga and ftp the files :)
