http://www.metaseq.net/en/developer.html very interesting for the price, and very easy to use, for people don't have too much idea about 3D I think it's a great tool, and for people like do 3D...
I don't touch too much but I liked a lot, very simple to understand you are doing, I'm not sure if have animation module.
The price goes from 45$ to 150$ for the "PRO" version, not too much differences but interesting in the exporters, (not too much problem today change form a format to another with another tools),
Another interesting point, they give you the SDK (Visual Studio), but perhaps some Master can do interesting things with GLBasic and Metasequoia...
