OK, I've wrapped the wrapper for the Intel AppUp store.

I have now implement a check, that the dll can't be faked.
Competition: The first one to submit a GLBasic game to the AppUp store gets 2 USB dance mats. (http://www.glbasic.com/main.php?site=dancemat)

nice simple wrapper. hope for some features from intel
I knew today would be a good day to check the forum.
i'll try :enc:
thanks
I will try with this one upcoming game...but I sure won´t be the first. :-[
I hope it's still alive. The port is two years old now...
=D now I just saw the dates!
I have been seeking out possible ´stores´ I could publish my game and so share these stores with everyone.
App up seems a good one too. I did sign from the beginning.
I guess we can all benefit from multiple stores :good:
I want a dance mat if I happen to be the first one! :P
I really must do something with the AppUp store too - had an email from my AppUp account manager recently wanting to assist me with my software development...

Me too. I get emails from them every so often.
They also have some sponsoring schemes that will hit people on more countries. :good:
Yes App Intel it´s very ineteresting... they wrote me 4 times question about my space ships games... make a lot of time...
I remember signing up with them some time ago. Problem is I can't remember (nor can I get from their website any insight into) why I signed up in the first place. Did it originally have something to do with Netbooks? I'm guessing that's what the new Ultrabooks are an upgrade of. I really haven't bothered to keep up to date on technology. :)
I take intel app up to be worth a shot.
It was first meant to be netbook stuff, but it has grown as it can.
It is one of the many possible markets we can sell our stuff.
For once, intel or microsoft have a great support for devs from many countries. <3
You keeping the dust off those mats?
Theyre nearly obsolete hardware anymore.
Intel obsolete? :P
edit: oh, you meant the dance mats...

I'd say it was because of the Netbook, a lot of us signed up at the time.
I wasn't active on their site at all but 2-3 weeks ago i got an offer of a free ultrabook
I submitted the details of my game and they said they'd review it and let me know nearer
the release time, they're basically looking for apps that make use of the ultrabook technology
which is similar to a tablet i.e. touch, multitouch, accelerometer etc

I get those emails too but have a bad habit of deleting them without reading them. In any case I don't really have anything to show them so I wouldn't be considered. :) Hope you get one though!
So all I'd have to do is add touch screens or something unique for that form factor. Man I wish that they had of standardized around 16:10 screens or at least have encouraged them.
