Rejecting apps at Palm

A note I have received after rejecting my own app:

Just to clarify a few points here...

There shouldn't be any delay when requesting rejection for a pending submission, because I process those at the same time as updates. However, I don't get notified whenever someone requests suspension of a published application, so those can take longer.

Until we can optimize this process, please send an email to pdc@palm.com if you need an app suspended.

I presume we can do the same for updates, email them.
