Has anyone downloaded/used the new XCode 4 yet?

How is it? have you had any problems with compiling GLBasic/iDevice apps?

Is it worth upgrading?

That's good to know. :)

I don't want to spend hours downloading and installing the thing if it doesn't work properly at the end!

I just end of testing it.

The final version is OK, almost for me.

Some options have changed its position, and now looks like iTunes  :D

As long as it doesn't crash as often as iTunes, eh? ;) :P

Cheers :)

My iTunes crashed only one time - because i added a impossible great title, years ago.

xcode 4 works fine and compiles both - armv6 and armv7. There are much warning because CPU Types - didnt know why and how to resolve, but the apps runs fine.

Consider yourself one of the few that don't suffer from this annoying affliction then! :P

And it's not so much a crash, as a hang tbh, requiring Task Manager to kill it.

I updated to IOS Xcode to 4 the other day and released my first update for Hit the Deck baseball yesterday.
Everything went smooth, just had a problem making the Distribution file since the UI changed a little.

I also had a 105 Warnings because of CPU Types, but submitted to iTunes with no problems.

I had to get an update out because when I updated my iPad to IOS 4.3, the ball would go through the bat
on first swing, which it didn't do on IOS 4.2.1.
