Hi Spacefractal.

Long time since I wrote here last time.

First of all: Thanks for all your efforts!!!! Thanks for your work... sincerely

I really feel the same, mobile platforms have become so complex, and there is no clear way to fix things in GLBasic. I really was bored because of problems under iOS and can't fix them, including the fact that I didn't knew of a unified and only place where to download all the fixes made by others members of this community, the latest versions of source files needed to continue fixing things, or the last complete GLBasic version including these fixes, to not try to reinvent the wheel.

I saw your comment about the ZX Spectrum Next, and I suggest, if you still don't know about it, to look also at the "ZX UNO", a project older than the Next and could also be the origin of the ZX Spectrum Next project idea...    in fact, Hark0 (TheHark0), member of this forum, is one of the members of the ZX UNO's team. (!!!!!)

Good luck with your projects!!!!!

Gernot: If you like, I think that I can help you, like in past versions

I think that could be a good idea to leave open the little part of Xcode that I helped to fix in the past. In that way it could be easier to fix this kind of problems.  ;)

Hi Hark0!

mmm...   May be that could be a "typo" only in your message here...   But, have you seen that the error is showing "datos_Puertas" with a "D" in low case and your declarations appears to have "D" in upper case???    O_O

Yo estuve intentando asistir presencialmente...   Pero al final desistí de seguir intentándolo...   Y no me arrepiento.

Yes, Spacefractal is in true...

At this time, GLBasic detects 1024x768 as a non retina resolution, and it changes to "non retina resolutions" mode, turning iPhones in a "compatibility" mode with the old iPhone 3/3Gs/etc. graphics resolutions.

The best way to support retina and non retina devices mixed in an universal app is to change the graphics scale from inside GLBasic's code, setting the project resolution in a value higher than a non retina screen, like 2048 x 1536, for example.

Sorry!!!

Great news!!!   :good:

Oh my god!!! This is really "Cool..."

Congratulations!!!!   Your work is impressive...

It appears to work ok under Safari and Firefox at first attempt.

I've just downloaded all the stuff on GitHub to see how it should be used and start playing with it.

Please, don't forget this project!!!

Cheers.

I will try to obtain an iPhone 4 to test that problem...

I would like to see if I can help you.

I think the only way in a non jailbroken device is to create a wrapper...

That shouldn't be very difficult...   I think I have seen something unfinished here, in the forums...   May be???   :P

If I have time, I will give it a try and tell here what happens.

Thanks, no problem.

By the way, I think all iOS problems are fixed. I told Gernot about bugs, etc. and I sent him some code to fix them. It appears that all my fixes are included in V12. There are still a couple of new problems related to Xcode project's icons and about not overwriting ".a" libs, but I told him directly.

If I think there is something new to be added here, I will write here.  :)

Tell us the final results!!!

Remember to erase the "distribution" folder before compiling to let V12 refresh the library files!

Fingers crossed!
