Problems staying logged in to the forum.

In Google Chrome, my logging into the forum is not 'remembered' (i.e. logging in 'Forever' doesn't work)...
I've tried clearing my cookies, but the problem is still there.

I don't have the same problem in IE 8...

I'm not sure if anything can be done about this, but this problem only started happening recently - perhaps a forum update has caused this problem in Chrome?

I remember before that other people were having this problem.  Is the same true now?

From what I understand (what I've read on various forums) is that Google is a pain in the arse for altering Chrome willy-nilly, which has numerous negative effects on websites. They do fix the problems quite quickly however.

if it helps, I use google chrome and have no problem Version 9.0.597.98

Oh well.  Nothing can be done except wait I guess.  I'll try deleting cookies manually as using the inbuilt 'clear browsing data' tool doesn't seem to help...

Manually deleting the 'Cookies' file in Chrome's data seems to have 'fixed' the problem...  Chrome wins again!

glad you sorted it mate.  Logging in everytime can be a bit of a pain in the r's
