I'm continuously amazed at what comes out of the CPC scene. Wifi on a CPC, internet access, rom emulation and floppy drive emulation all by one guy.  :O

Uau, that is a lot of stuff for an 8bit comp! Really nice! :good:

Yes I had a friend with this device and is really cool.
If you are interested in develop for CPC take a look to CPCTelera... I think is the best tool for do "serious things" in CPC.

Another interesting device, is this floppy device ...

You don't see an Amstrad or Amiga, but I think the video explains what is Gotek Device...
Works in Amiga too and another old computers, really is a chinnese product about 20$ , only needs upgrade ... You can buy with firmware and all ready for use without any additional work.

Loved my Amstrad. In my opinion the best 8 bit if programmed correctly.
I think WiFi is a bit to much.
Interestingly a new overscan game using a new resolutions called mode 3, which uses 16 colours in a 4 colour mode 1.
Also Digital drum sound.

Only really works on real hardware with CRT. But winape does it justice.

Rhino also released a static picture viewer called perfect pix with  384x272 pixels and 307 colours.
Amstrad CPC 6128, ATARI STE.
Acer  SW5-173 & AMD RYZEN 7,RTX 3060TI

Really have an itch to pick up a CPC off of eBay now. I saw this card on http://www.cpcwiki.eu/forum/index.php which has a small but lively and enthusiastic CPC community. I haven't had one since I was a kid way back when they were still being sold in the shops(1989?). All these bespoke addons definitely breath new life into the old machine though. Who knows maybe I may get back into coding on it, for a bit of Z80 fun!
Cheers,

Ian.
