Small bug in IDE

I have noticed that you can't view the help from the IDE without having a project open. I know this is an odd one to spot, but I'm a very old school programmer who still favours scribbling code with pen and paper before putting them onto the computer

exactly - it is accessible, just not from the IDE (it's greyed out)
