Metro Develop license seems it's free

HI I read how get a license for develop in Windows 8, and I read it's very easy only in Visual Studio 2012 you have to clik in a button get license... if the visual Studio it's Express Edition, seems it's free too...

I read a hello world in Metro, and I think make a port for GLBasic have to be very easy, only have some XML files and how goes the tablet, this it's for RT... BUt I think for PC can be more easily... Just it's C++ like GLBasic compiled code, and perhaps this little thing for put the icon in the Metro interface...

I look some games and they are like on iPhone, angry birds, some more nice, but very small projects... I thing this it's a good place for sell things. because I thing it's more easy develop for a PC, than the mobile devices...

Perhaps only It's do a wrapper for the icon in Metro UI...?¿...
