Moin, ich schreib mal auf Deutsch :)

Testdisk schonmal ausprobiert?
http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk

How goes for getting files back as well your other projects.

I still waiting for beta 11 access, but I no problems due waiting due this (yes I have pm).

you could do release it as its are while you get so much back as possible eventuelly.

Norton Ghost 14.
Cant beat it for backing up.  Can do a total Clone of your pc if needed, so if your HDD crashes you can buy a new one and it just replicates the data to the new HDD, operating system as well.

You can also open a back up and pull out individual files if needed.
Won't help you with the restore, but its a great back up tool.

I tried R-Studio with tiny success. I had the impression that the details of my files got worse by each scan. I think the hardware is totally bonked.
Well - I'm back with an backup from Feb 2012 now. I had no time to look into GLBasic and can't see any way to do so before next weekend. And then I have a full week of vaccation where I won't touch a PC, too. Sorry :)

But I think I can get the changes since back easily.

Would be cool if someone who's bored finds all my messages since Feb 2012 and writes the "I fixed ..." lines together into one post for quicker fixing them again.

At least it's not all bad news.

You could open a new forum topic where people ONLY post the known 'fixes' you have done.
We could discuss those changes on this topic if people have questions or doubts.
This will keep the above new topic clean and easier for you to peruse.

Oh no, this is really bad news :O

Seriously, make backups! It wouldn't be the first time a great software project goes under due to a silly harddisk crash..

Could you do the same, but only from the bug section seperated? then would been much easier to find and clean them up (I guess those is most important first)? The doc have tons of irrerevent posts that is nothing about fixed bugs. Actuelly its only quite few and not so many again.....

Im more concern about the GUI (and other projects), but if I remember that its was by a friend of you that did that, so you should get it in very recently version.

Another thing its was feature request, but they can been second hand thing after that (include Android inline support).

I can do :)

Unfortunately there are no links with these - I copied them directly to Wordpad this time, rather than via OpenOffice :)

Most of it can be ignore, but I had to include it all as it isn't in date order.  Couldn't use the search facility next to "Help" as it requires some text to search for, and signatures are ignored :)

nice list. yes links was removed, but its still a pretty nice list to checking around fast for searching. Sure its easy to checking what is important and not important. I mind I got them all in my list from that pretty nice doc. I only add those that got fixed or added, and just that, but nothing which got fixed by user itself or nothing requried.

But If I do find more I add to the post, not a adding post to avoid clutter.
