I'm have allready the rift. It's cool really and 3d effect is awesome.

Mightbeen,  I'm get a go too? But I'm do not hurry.

This is only 3dof, the Rift has 6dof, so I take its for sitting VR only?

Yes.  It's have no headtracking, unlike rift.  But it's lots cheaper and a nice entry to the market and is dependent on content.
