¿Alguien me dice como rellenar el maldito cuestionario?, hay partes que no sé que poner. Me refiero al que hay que enviar a Palm.

What I did was send off SS-4 to the IRS, and then wait several months for them to send a tax code back.

At which point the W-8BEN form was filled in.  Part 1, section 6 had the number that the IRS so kindly sent me, 3 is for an indiviual (unless you are a company) and 9a is my residency country.

And then mail (or fax) the W-8BEN to :

I have the Employer Identification Number (EIN) which is to be placed in Section 6. I did not know I could send it by FAX.

Pues lo he enviado por myfax.com y según dice ha llegado bien, esperemos que sea verdad porque nunca he usado una pagina de esas. ¿Ellos (palm) te informan de que les ha llegado el w-8ben?
