Many members here are probably already aware that Retro Remakes has just started it's big 2008 competiton. The comp started today and runs right through until December 6th, so you;ve got a full three months to create something retro inspired - be it something old (that looks, sounds and plays new), something new (that looks, sound and plays old), a combination of two retro games, one-switch/eyetracker/accessible game or somthing else completely!
This year is set to be bigger and better than ever before with some fantastic prizes, including loads of cash, a couple of Pandora handhelds, lots of games and gaming machine goodness - including a super cool laptop, vouchers etc. etc. etc.
There are 6 different themes you can choose from, including one with a very worthy cause in mind. There should be something suitable for all, so there are no excuses to not see some entries from GLBasic users.

[Edit 2] Actually they are all pretty darn hilarious. Only thing that worries me is all of you guys like different things. Trying to make you all happy could be a bit of a nightmare. :S
