How to create a .ddw file

I've not tested it at all. I need to write an export filter for it as well. It's basically just an .ini file with the .ddd/dda file names and the textures for each.

Also gehts ned? Hab mich schon gefragt, wie man das mit X_SETTEXTURE und X_DRAWOBJ macht. Wär aber toll, wenns bald funzt
