on the multi-touch issue...

Wouldn´t you think it´s possible to, let´s say, having a check on different screen pressed areas while alternating this between code loops? Would this achieve a ´multi touch´ sort of thing?

...then maybe a production design should be created to accommodate the production.

This production design consist of: what should be created, by whom, on which order and when kind of things, it dosen´t go deep into the game details but more like a general plan of action. Also important to denote methodology (structure+names)here, so everyone speeks the same language.

Production design may also cover actions for pre-production, production, pos-production, as well as distribution and market if it applies.

This stage should also care for required documents for the project itself, for example owner stuff, rights and so on.

I have seen a few android phones around here, some of them, the cheapers, are quite bad when it comes to processing.
One hard thing on android will be to keep every user happy.
One of the phones, although quite nice on multi touch, face book and so on, sluguished on a simple tower defense game (hexadefence or something like that),  and so o angry birds.

It will be a hard work to figure out what will be the standard android hardware.

Every developer tool has its own problems, your work as a game programmer (not designer) is to go around.
GLbasic (IMO) is an underground community supported tool, that is where its greatest powers relies.
I have just bought a premium version, after being one year living with the community and a school version.
I can´t recommend it better. :good:

I can hardly believe it. game is polished, pretty and fun.
By the video I saw I would buy it for sure to help out subway times...

All right I´m not german...

but have a few great friends over and my brazilian girlfriend is german descendant, they all speak fluently over her family...
does that count? :nana:

my idea would be something like the aliens 2 movie (after they land on planet, before they find stupid little girl) ...
...multi players get to protect them selves on a complex and outdoors, manipulating computers, doors, barricading themselves, tower defensing, placing traps,  and so on before an infinite swarm of aliens brake in...

It could also happen inside a space ship, like the tabletop game "The Awful Green Things from Outer Space".

map editor:
-can tiles be on screen somehow? it sucks to go to a separate page to select them.
-Works really nice, I´m tempted on spending some time drawing a world on it... =D
