IDE feature gone?

Hi,

The little widget for splitting the source code frame from seems to have gone (used to be above the vertical scroll bar), it used to be a small line that you dragged down to split the source frame, horizontally, in two, giving you a way to view two different sections of code from the same file? It was very handy indeed.
