I have a macbook pro with windows 7 installed on it. Pretty painless process these days. Just need to reboot back into MAC mode when I want to send to iphone/ipad for testing. One downside though is the keyboard is a bit different (eg, DEL is FN+DEL and BACKSPACE is DEL) and lack of number keypad.

Years ago I thought this would be great. A console perfect for small indie dev. There's lots of 2 player games I'd like to see playable around a tv.
I'm hopeful, but also doubtful as we have become so much more handheld orientated. Developer support is also going to play a big part in its success. If you can get quality games for $0.99 though, I'll probably get one.

I had this problem with the free version, but when i bought the full version and updated, it went away.

I think a mac version would be great.  My kids have macbooks for school...having such an easy to use dev tool would be great for them.

hmmm. what's the difference between these two compiler options/platforms....Both seem to work on my Macbook. Is one the old PowerPC plaform? Which is best to use?

ok, sorted...Needed to shut down xcode, logoff, then logon again and seems ok -ish now...

Have not registered glbasic yet, thought i'd test out performance on iphone first. Followed instructions for compiling to iphone, put all files on a usb disk and transfered to my mac, but xcode(4.3) says it cant open the project file.
Is there a limitation on doing this with the evaluation version?
